Clearlake couple is seeking a career, professional nanny to grow with their family! Duties include providing attentive and interactive care for the family’s two-year-old. Candidates must take a child-led approach to care and those familiar with the Montessori approach would be the ideal match for this family, as they value fostering independence. Candidates who have extensive nanny experience and who are calm, playful, and who are patient and nurturing would be a great match for this role. Candidates who prioritize actively engaging the child through music, child-led play and discovery, and developmentally appropriate activities would be a great fit for this family. Mom is a physician and requires a nanny who can take initiative during the day while she is responsible for their child and support her when she is home by taking initiative to tend to child related tasks when mom is spending time with their child. This family maintains a screen free home, so candidates must be able to support that. This family has a housekeeper, so there is no deep cleaning required. Candidates who value family, good communication, and maintaining a calm and respectful environment are encouraged to apply. Duties will include:
• General childcare
• Light housekeeping (family has housekeeping)
• Children’s meal prep (family meal prep bonus)
• Children’s laundry (help with family bonus)
• Driving the children

Compensation:
• Guaranteed consistent pay 52 weeks per year while employed
• Paid major holidays
