The first question that many potential clients ask us is, "What do you charge?" There are many things to take into consideration when comparing fees of various agencies. Our fee structure is competitive locally as well as nationally. In the beginning of our relationship we require a $100.00 search fee. The search fee is a one time only fee. If you hire a long term nanny from us we charge 10% of the nanny's annualized salary. The referral fee is payable at the time you offer the nanny a job and she/he accepts your offer. There is a minimum fee of $1000.00 on any long-term referral.
This referral fee is based on the cost of doing business and the amount of time we devote to advertising for and screening applicants. We take the safety and security of your family very seriously.
What can you expect to pay a nanny? In the Houston area, nannies' salaries average between $11.00 an hour up to $20.00 an hour. On average, a well referenced, experienced nanny will earn a minimum of $12.00 an hour. Live in nannies usually earn $500 to $800 per week. The average nanny works between 40 and 55 hours per week. We also place part time nannies as well as on-call (temporary) visiting nannies.
If you hire a full time live out nanny and need to replace that person within the first ninety (90) days, we will assist you in locating another nanny at no additional fee. After the first free replacement or after 90 days, we offer a fifty-percent discount ($1000.00 minimum replacement fee) through the first year following the original start date.
The careful matching of a nanny’s skills, experience and personality to your expectations is the area where we excel. We don’t want to waste your time so good communication between you and your consultant is essential. Your consultant will follow up with you frequently during your search.

Long Term Referral Rates:

Nanny Salary and Hourly Rates:

Temporary Referral Rates:
* $25 referral fee per day for private home or church nursery
* $30 referral fee per day for hotel or event sitters
* 24 hour notice required for cancellation
* $5 additional charge for same day requests
Newborn Care Specialist Referral Rate: (Newborn Care Specialist Article)
* 10% of the daily salary or $35 per day, whichever is greater
Newborn Specialist's Salary Rates:
* $200 to $500 per 24 hour day
* Overnight care Newborn Care Specialists are also available
Replacement Policy:
* 90 days free replacement period for full time, live out placements.
* No free replacement offered for part time or live in placements.

Higher salaries indicate formal child care education, nanny training, a degree, and/or long term employment history. |
